Our Story
After living for more than thirty years in the United States and having been born in Mexico, we understood that life had given us something very valuable: two cultures that, although different, complement each other like the best ingredients in a recipe.
Just as two paths cross to change destiny, two people met in Wisconsin to create Las Dos Comadres. It was here that we started serving & sharing our experiences and heritage with the local community. It wasn't just a cooking project... it was an act of love and memory.
We decided to honor our mothers, strong women who taught us that food is much more than sustenance: it is affection, it is heritage, and it is the most sincere way of saying "I love you." In every dish we prepare, we mix the flavor of the land that saw us born with the flavors we learned to love in the land that welcomed us.
Las Dos Comadres is a bridge between Mexico and the United States, a place where aromas travel without borders, where every bite tells a story, and where traditions are served at the table with a smile.
Here, every recipe is a hug. A hug to our roots, to our mothers, and to all who believe that sharing a meal is the best way to unite hearts.
